This event is a wonderful opportunity for you to explore our facilities, meet our dedicated teachers, and learn more about our educational programs. NOTICE: The Don Barnhart Gym will be closed through Monday for resurfacing/waxing. Please respect the posted signs and do not enter the gym. The custodians take a lot of pride in making sure our gym is clean, safe, and ready for when students return.

The Community Events Center will be closed this evening through Wednesday for wake and funeral services. Thank you all for your understanding and respect for the families involved.

The Middle School Academic Awards will not be held today. The 6th -8th awards will be combined with the 8th-grade celebration at 2:00 on Wednesday, May 17th in the Don Barnhart Gymnasium.

The 8th-grade students who went to the Ellsworth Air Force Base will be returning around 6 pm to the Middle School.

The Middle School track meet in Winner on Friday, 4/28/2023 has been cancelled due to the weather.

Due to the cold weather, the White River Earth Day Cleanup will be postponed until a later date.

There is a MS Track meet on Monday, April 17, 2023 at Todd Co. (Mission). The student athletes will depart from the school @9:30am. Field events start @11am and running events will start after field events are finished. This will be at the Todd Co. High School track. Don't forget your track shoes Monday! Go Tigers!

Middle School students will begin their Smarter Balanced South Dakota state tests beginning tomorrow. These tests are used to measure student achievement and student growth in English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science. There is no need to study in preparation for the assessments. We do, however, ask that students try their best and get plenty of rest the night before testing. It is important for students to come to school on test days. Assessments are required, therefore making up a missed assessment leads to less instructional time and a loss of important learning opportunities.

The Boys Basketball team will have their end-of-the-year pizza party after school today (March 2, 2023)

Middle School Boys's Basketball practice will finish at 5:30 on Tuesday, February 21

There will be no Middle School Boys Basketball practice today after school (Friday, February 17th).

Middle School Beach Bash dance Friday, February 17, 2023 @ 1:15pm-3:30pm! Wear your school appropriate beach attire and get a FREE Glo Stick or Glo Necklace! .50 each if you want to purchase more. There will be concessions available and you can enter a contest to earn some money!

The Middle School Girls basketball team will have its end of the year party on Wednesday, January 18th from 4:00 to 5:00 in Mr. Bouman's room. Students need to return their jerseys.
