WRMS Families, 7th and 8th grade students who register for classes this week will have their choice of available elective options. Students who do not register are not guaranteed their preference for electives.

The White River Girls Basketball team will have a parent meeting this Friday, May 30th @ 6PM in the MS Gym. We will be discussing summer workouts, camps, and opportunities. Girls grades 7-12 are encouraged to participate!

WRMS families, we will be cleaning out the lost and found by end of day next Tuesday. Please contact us or visit to see if anything belongs to your child.

WRMS Families, if you or your child were unable to attend awards this morning we will have them available for pickup until the end of the week.

Families, WRMS awards will be given out Wednesday @8:30. Please come and take part in the celebration or remember to check with your child about what awards and recognitions they received.

Families, do not forget that your child will not be allowed to participate in next weeks field trips without a signed permission slip.

Reminder to 8th Grade Families, your child will not be allowed to participate in the field trip tomorrow if they have not turned in their permission slip.

8th Grade Parents, please send in your child's baby photos for 8th Grade Celebration. You can also email them here: logan.tucker@k12.sd.us.

Please sign your child up for Tiger Support before Noon if you would like for them to participate. 8th Graders have a field trip next Tuesday that they have to be eligible in order to participate.

WRMS 8th Grade Families, please remember that we need baby photos ASAP in order to prepare the slide for 8th Grade Celebration.

Field Trips begin next week and continue through the month . May 6- 7th Grade May 13th- 8th Grade May 20th- 6th Grade Please see the attached letter that was sent home with your child. Grade-Specific Itineraries have been sent home and will be available on the WRMS website.

Ask to see Field Trip Agendas and Permission Slips sent home with your child. Students who wish to participate must 1.) Have their permission forms signed 2.) Be Eligible. Please call the WRMS office if you have any questions.

Reminder, there will be a lot of school activities in May that require students to be eligible (field trips, 8th Grade Celebration, etc.). Please sign your child up for Tiger Support if you have any concerns!

WRMS report cards that were not picked up at conferences are being sent home with students. Please check with your child and do not hesitate to call the main office if you have any questions or concerns.

Reminder, WRMS will have a regular day of school tomorrow. We plan on running a tutoring session in the afternoon. It will be a great opportunity to complete missing assignments and improve grades.
