White River School District will be hosting Rosebud Public Health Nursing for the annual Flu Shot Clinic on October 21, 2026. They will be in White River Schools from 9-11 and Norris School at 12:30. This Flu Shot Clinic is for IHS eligible students and staff only. Forms will be available in your student's school office. They will also be available online at the District's website/app. IF completing online, you can fax them to 605-259-3133 attn Kendra, or scan and email to kendra.earll@k12.sd.us
Permission forms for Norris can also be sent to the above. Your student will only receive the flu shot if the form is completed and turned in. Please try to have forms in before the 21st of Oct.
