We LOVE reading in Miss Jessa's class, and sometimes we make it even better by getting out pillows and blankets and cozying up with a great book. Ask your 6th grade student about the book we are reading - Wonder by R.J. Palacio. One of my favorite quotes from the book is "If every person in this room made it a rule that wherever you are, whenever you can, you will try to act a little kinder than is necessary - the world really would be a better place."
It's a great book for kids AND adults!
