And just like that, school is back in full swing! I kicked off the first week of school with a cup stacking teamwork activity in my classes. Each student gets a string that is attached to a rubber band. I then tell them different ways that they have to stack the cups, and they must do it using only their strings. Students learn valuable lessons in communication and managing frustration. It is harder than you think!
